NHS Surgeon Dr. Mohannad Barakat

In recent years, Dr. Mohannad Barakat has kept himself very busy indeed. In addition to practicing primarily in the United Kingdom as a surgeon, he is also deeply involved with and works extensively alongside medical professionals with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to bring better health to the entire world. A member of the Royal College of Surgeons and several other medical societies, Dr. Barakat is highly regarded as a surgeon with more than two decades’ experience. In that time, he has worked in the fields of trauma, orthopaedics, paediatrics and on issues with the adult spine issues.

Ever since he received his medical degree, he has received a lot of recognition for his surgical work and a great many people have found relief from serious medical problems with Dr. Barakat’s help. Dr. Mohannad Barakat also likes to teach others. He is a highly sought-after speaker, who regularly gives lectures about medicine to audiences all over the world. Fluent in both English and French, Mohannad Barakat is very well-rounded, even when he isn't practicing medicine. He loves American football, baseball and ice hockey and has played all three. In fact, as a student, he played quarterback in American football and won several championships. He is also an avid skier and fisherman and an accomplished golfer who is a ranked amateur and has spent time on several PGA tours.
